The living room and dining room walls are fully mirrored providing a dramatic panoramic view of the Gulf from any seat. Three ...six-foot sliding glass doors lead to the balcony, giving you wonderful, warm Florida ocean breezes. The kitchen is fully-equipped and opens to the dining and living areas for a spacious feel as well as more Gulf vistas.This fabulous condominium has unobstructed views in both directions.....and the back Bay Waters as well!
The very large master suite (16x12) has its own TV/DVD-VCR and a 4th six foot sliding glass door for access to the balcony and affording romantic gulf views from the new king-size bed. The master bath includes a double vanity and an oversized Roman tub/shower. The second bedroom (16x10) has a two full and third (14x10) bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a king with pads and straps ), All 3 bedrooms view the beach. There is a sofabed in the living room as well. There is a full 2nd bathroom. TV's in all 3 bedrooms
The gulf-side, heated pool has new lounges and chairs. Also all new tiki table and benches. There are all new pavers on the pool patio. There are restrooms, and an outdoor shower for use after the long days on the beautiful white sandy beaches, or swimming in the calm, clear Gulf waters.
Walk to World Famous John's Pass Village, (1/2 mile) stroll the waterfront boardwalk with quaint shops and a variety of places to eat. Spend a quiet evening at home, having dinner on the balcony or head out and find some live music at one of the many great local restaurants.

We have stayed in the Madeira Beach area many times. We always walked along the beach to John’s Pass while admiring the Green Building with the large wrap around balconies. This year we rented unit 303 in this building that was recommended to us. The view was all we expected and more. We had an added surprise as the condo itself was the nicest we have rented. It was so bright and cheerful and clean. We tried to book it for next year but our dates were taken. We will certainly be back when we can. We were presently surprised when the owner, Art, called us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We told him everything was just great.

My brothers, sister and I spent a week at this condo in May. It was the first time we had all been together in 17 years. It was an ideal location. With people traveling from three different states, the washer and dryer were certainly a plus. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and the huge circular table with the lazy susan allowed all of us to share a meal together very comfortably. The views from the wrap around balcony were breathtaking. God blessed us with a double rainbow one night that extended from the Bay to the Gulf side. If all goes well, we'll be back. :-) The owners were gracious hosts, which simplified coordinating the details.

My husband and I spent an amazing vacation at this condo. There were no suprises as the virtual tour allowed us to see everything beforehand. Everything was very clean, no, exceptionally clean. We loved the wrap-around balcony with the fantastic panaramic view. Art lived nearby and was here in a minute when we locked ourselves out. He was great to work with. Madeira is such a great area. There were so many excellent restaurants nearby and lots of fun this to do.We have booked our vacation for next year already. We can't wait to do things we didn't get to do.

Just returned from one week's stay at Arena de Madeira condo #301 in Madeira Beach owned by Art and Sandy. We were very pleased to see a very clean, comfortable, and functional retreat for our vacation. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in working order. The bathrooms, always a concern on my part, were very clean and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bedding sufficient.
We loved the big round dining room table (we were six "girls" celebrating our 60th birthday) and the table was great for eating and playing games. Plenty of sitting room in the living room for all of us. The balcony was great- with table and chairs for all to enjoy the incredible beach and ocean.
The whole condo complex was clean, with a well-maintained pool, and very private. The condo complex only has 15 condos, I think, so it was very quiet and private which we enjoyed.
We spoke to the couple who were staying in condo #303, which is also owned by Art and Sandy, and they agreed with our assessment of the unit - clean and comfortable.
When I rent a condo, I don't expect to go in and see "high end" furnishings with a "don't touch/don't spill" attitude. I want it to be clean, comfortable, with an attitude of "have fun/relax/enjoy".
So, in conclusion, my only complaint is that we had to leave!

This place was wonderful. Close to shopping, fantastic restaurants, Tampa Bay Rays and of course the wonderful beach. The condo was very neat and clean. The condo has everything that you could ask for. Art and Sandy are very friendly and professional. I have already recommended this place to a few friends of mine. And of course we will be going back. Soon I hope. It is in such a nice location. Great for families. My daughters and I loved the condo and Madeira Beach.

Nov 21 2009….We just returned from a relaxing week in Madeira Beach. It was our first time renting on the Gulf coast and from Art. We loved our stay at the condo. As Arts website states you can watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony, and we did at least twice everyday we were there It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were home for 5 days when we recieved a nice note from Art, with our deposit enclosed. I would have no problem recommending Madeira Beach and renting from Art. As others have stated, we intend to do it again ourselves.
